1. Do we hold information on you?
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
You can ask us whether we are keeping personal data about you and you may request any such information by using one of the following methods:
• Sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
• Sending postal mail to 9, Stocks Street, Manchester, M8 8GW
On request we will provide you with a readable copy of the personal data which we keep about you, although we may require proof of your identity prior to disclosing any information. We reserve the right to charge a £10 fee in respect of providing this information.
2. Delivery Policy – delivery timeframe, delivery company you are using etc;
The minimum delivery time is based on the product nature. For eBay design solutions the minimum delivery time is three weeks, after the initial approval and one week after final approval.
All orders will be delivered within the timeframe as stated in the product listing until unless you had made an alternate arrangement with the sales representative.
3. Refund / Cancelation Policy – timeframe etc;
Cancellation and Refunds
Prepaid 3 months 6 month or prepaid 12 month subscriptions are non refundable. The maximum refund available, after you have been sent a brand preview (referred to as a jpeg) is up to 50% of the total value of the invoice. Non payments of any amounts at any agreed dates to us will mean that we have the right to suspend any work or provision of service until resolved.
For all other refunds, cancellation must be notified to your sales agent within 7 days of the invoice date. Cancellations made beyond 7 days of the invoice date will incur a £100 administration charge, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.
